Grand/Magical Gatherings...worth it?

If we did the Magical Gatherings package through WDW, we'd have to pay for our 2 year old as a paid visitor (like park hoppers and all).

Soooo - I was just wondering if it was worth it to be considered a "magical gathering group" or not?

Love it last December. We had exactly eight and thankgoodness my niece was three and turning four. She was our eighth person. We did the Safari thing. It was so much fun. We met at the place where they have the bird show at AK. They put us all into groups of I think like 16 per group. So we were with another family. We then got a safari leader. We got reserved seating for the parade which was awesome. Then we got to go on the Safari and it was so much better then going during the day. They take more time to go around and tell you about the animals. Then to dinner. THe food was amazing. It was family style and each family got their own table. There was entertainment and CMs brought animals into the room. It was great.

Next July we are going to do the Wishes Cruise and the Safrai again.
