Grand Hotel with Balconey

Is it more expensive to get a balconey?

Almost all the rooms at the Grand Californian Hotel have balconies - only 12 on the courtyard don't.

Rooms are categorized by Standard view (looking out to Disneyland & Paradise Pier hotels - I actually like this view - & courtyard view, Downtown Disney View, and Theme Park View. You have standard & theme park views also with concierge, and that's more... and then the suites are also more.

Balconies are nice, with plenty of room for a couple of chairs, a round table, and then some.
