Grand Gatherings groups must include eight paying guests -- ages 3 and above -- staying at a Walt Disney World hotel. And, of course, there is no additional charge for children under 3 years of age.

Thanks for the information. Does anyone know how I would sign up for these grand gatherings? Do you have to have a package? We have room only reservations since one is staying at Poly consierge and we are staying at Fort Wilderness Campground in our Motor Home. Anyone think its worth the time and effort to take advantage of these options?
