Grand gatherings for 18 people help!!!

Hi All! I need help with a trip for 18 people for September next year. What is the weather at that time and what special extra's are there for grand gatherings? Help PleaseThanks in advance.

The weather will still be "summery" -- hot, humid. Crowds will be pretty moderate except for school groups and locals on the weekends.
