Grand Gathering

I am renting points for my trip in Nov. All together we will have 4 studios, do we call for Grand Gathering number, or does the person i rented the points from have to do that? I asked him about it and he seemed to think it wasn't neeeded. Please help!

The member needs to call MS for this number. They will email/call the member about 3 - 5 business days after with the GG number. They are correct that the 4 studios will be accomodated as best possible from your MS reservation however the GG # is VERY IMPORTANT if you want to book one of the GG events.

Also note, the member will need the name, address and phone # of each guest to be added to the Grand Gathering party. May only need the address/phone of one person in each room at a minimum.
