Grand Gathering: What do I do 1st ?

Do I make my reservations with member services first or get a grand gathering number and then make the reservations ?

You can do it either way. Actually, I got a grand gathering number for our family reunion in December but I never used it for anything.

Same here, I got a GG# last year, 12 of us, didn't use it all, This year there is 13 of us, counting my little princess born 12/22/06, I didn't even bother with the GG. Make all ressie myself

I actually had to get the GG# first. You can do this by contacting Member Services.
They would not let me book any of the special Grand Gathering experiences without the number.
Try to do the Illuminations dinner buffet - out of this world!

The grand gathering number is important even if you don't think you will use it because they will honor your requests for your villas to be closed together if that is what you want. Also they try and keep you together during grou[p dining . I always get mine as soon as they allow it. Joan
