Grand Gathering ?'s

We are traveling with 12 people - 3 families (6 adults and 6 children all 7 and under). We have booked a 4 day stay at CBR and the 4 day cruise this June. Should we look into a Grand Gathering? Is it too late, should we have done that originally? What benefits do you get by going with a GG? Will it help with PS? Anyone have a phone number to call to find out more?
