Grand Gathering for Memorial Day Weekend??

Guys, We've both been wanting to join the memorial day GG but we felt a little funny inviting ourselves but Auburn Jen and Rog were so kind to reach out and include us. We will be there if we can get our reservations straight.

We are both so excited, we can't wait. Thanks Jen and Rog you guys are da bomb!

So I guess the "Welcome Package" of 4 different flavors of Bacon I was going to give out to each camper is out of the question then. You think they will get upset if I change the package to "Pigs Feet" ? Just Kidding! I was really going to put some mirrored sunglasses inthe package but not really cheap ones but polarized. Okay, okay...just kidding again. I welcome them. In fact, some of my good friends are police officers that I hunt with. They actually are just regular people. I am sure they will enjoy the trip completely. Especially if they have never stayed at the Fort before. Lookin forward to meeting them.

This wasn't directed at me, but I have to add that I printed out my Mickey head sign last night (2 - one for our cabin window and one for the golf cart) and it turned out great. Thank you so much for doing it for me! One note, though - it didn't turn out that same lime (alien) green that the paint chips are - its DARK GREEN! It's clearly my printer's fault, as it looked right on the screen, but I wanted y'all to know so I wouldn't be ostracized for having the wrong color!

We will be there Memorial weekend. What are the benefits of having a "Grand Gathering"? Does it cost anything?

AlitlGoofy.....NO.....it doesnt cost ANYTHING at all....its not a really big deal as far as I can tell....it just lets Disney know we are a group and they will attempt to keep us close together...but with some of us having prefered requests, some full hookup, some needing pet loops and some partial hookups...it'll be interesting to see what they do to try to keep us together!!!


I just noticed that your from LA....are we very near each other? We may have discussed this before, my memory aint what it used to be!

Any way, we're really looking forward to Memorial Day. We're coming without the kids so we can spend alot of time with you guys
