Grand Gathering for July 4th, 2008

We have requested to stay in the 1400 loop but will come by and meet everyone. We cannot wait. Although one of our kids may have to do summer school and then we cannot go! Send pixie dust our way!

OK, I've caught up on the thread. Haven't paid much attention since I wasn't planning on going.

Anywho, I won't be able to make the Boma dinner on the 3rd as I'll probably be arriving no earlier than 2am on the 4th.

I won't be doing parks, so which is better on the 4th, watching MK fireworks from the beach or going over to the Studios to see Sorcery in the Sky from outside the park??

I did call to add my ressie to the Grand Gathering, but will probably call back cause the lady there said my online reservation wasn't in the system yet, but took all my numbers down.

(Rhonda, I didn't ask you on this one cause I was just playing around checking online every half hour or so, and got lucky.)

Also, let me know what to bring for a get together on Saturday (if that's what were doing) Also, I'd be happy to volunteer my site as I have almost 400 sq ft of awnings that I set up.

Yes, I would think that would be very appropriate. I am in the BOMA group, so Saturday seems like the logical choice. Are we all wanting the 900 loop as well?

Yes, BOMA is Thursday, the 4th is Friday and GG is going to be Saturday. I don't want to mess with watching the fireworks, and besides, we are all going to be busy with golf carts on the 4th.

If you have a specific request of a site in the 900 loop you would like to stay in (except g8trmom1, gatordad, and big kahuna1 because I have already heard from them) please pm me with your information about your reservation (full name, full address and ressie #)and I will be glad to take care of that for you. Please remember, if you booked your ressie through a travel agent, you must have the travel agent do the talking for you, not me. Thanks.

Oh, and I think we should definitely have our "gathering" in the 900 loop like we did for MDGG, it was easy to get everything to one site...grills, coolers, etc.
