grand gathering events

ok I am totally stressed out!!!! To make a long story short my nephew is going to Iraq and he just found out he will have 14 days leave before he ships out. He wants to go to Disney for a weekend before he goes and wants the family to come. Well I called last night and booked us a grand gathering for Friday March 10th- Sunday March 12th. On the phone the guy got me all excited about the dinner at epcot. I called the family today, everyone got excited and called to book it....find out they don't do it on Saturday!!!! What???!!??? I had no idea they only did certian things on certian days. The MK fireworks cruise is booked so about the only other thing is th breakfast at Tony's. I could only find one post about this and one person did not like it and the other person did. Has anyone else done this??? Is is worth the money??? Please help!!!!
