Grand Gathering Breakfast?

Has anyone ever had the grand gathering breakfast at MK? If so is it like your own private breakfast with just your group? Also what characters are there, and is the breakfast buffet style? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Tony, the proprietor, (from Lady and the Tramp), welcomes Guests to Tony's Town Square Restaurant for a fun-filled breakfast with plenty of character.

Mickey Mouse will be on hand to mingle with our Guests upon arrival.
Guests will enjoy and "all-you-care-to-eat" breakfast served right at their table.
Everyone will enjoy songs and the opportunity to dance with the characters, along with plenty of interaction time tableside.
Tony will be happy to recognize birthdays and special occasions along with a special serenade of "Bella Notte", from Lady and the Tramp, for anniversaries.


At the end of the experience, Guests will be invited to proceed to one of the most popular attractions at Magic Kingdom® Park --Mickey's PhilharMagic -- for reserved seating at the very next show.



Theme park admission is required and not included in the cost of the Grand Gathering.

We were told (for our GG last year and also just a few nights ago for our upcoming GG) that the GG events will use 2 DDP credits. (Except for the Firework Cruise which does not accept the DDP-must be paid for OOP) When is your Grand Gathering, mousefever?

We did this last September with a GG group of 20. It was only 1 TS credit on the DDP...unless they have changed it recently. Also, it is not just your group...you group is seated together, but there are other GG's there as well. Tony acknowledges birthdays and anniversaries, and Mickey shows up and a photopass photographer takes your whole group's pic, as well as any other family pics with him. It was a really great experience, and the folks at Tony's really make sure that YOUR group has special interaction time with Mickey. Well worth doing IMO.

We were planning on having a GG for our trip this Sept as we have already booked the FREE DINING! Wooo Hooo! I hope this one is still only 1 credit! Guess I will find out for sure when I call to book once I am 180 days out! Thanks for the feedback!

on the 2008 DDP it is only 1 ts credit.
