Grand Gathering and DVC

Hi all,

I have a quick question about booking grand gathering dinners? 10 of us have DVC reservation at a grand villa and we are coming up on our 6 month window to book restaurant reservations. Do I need to go through member services or can I call directly because of being 10. I know I cannot book online. Thanks for time and help.
