Grand Gathering ADRS; trying to get everyone together!

For our last two visits in 2007 & 2009 I made ADRs for our GG group @ 22 family members (we did the DDP) and called at the correct booking window in advance.

For our 2007 trip I recall making some ADRs through group dining, and others through regular dining with 2 or 3 different ADR confirmation #'s per meal.

For 2009 when I called group dining they had me call the RESTAURANT directly for a lot of our ADRS (ex. LeCellier, WCC).

Sorry . . . I'm getting to my question / concern for our 2011 trip . . .
in 2007 we were able to be seated together for almost all of our meals, or at adjoining tables. In 2009, many times we were at separate 3 or 4 tables and a couple of times those tables were not even together.
For our 2011 planning; does anyone have any suggestions for ways to get us closer together ??? I did plan most of our meals early hoping they could accomodate us better in 2009 but that obviously didn't work.

We usually go in Nov. and have not run into any problems getting seating together.

I'd continue to call 180 days out - be flexible with times - sometimes if you change the time by 15 or 20 minutes you can get everyone together.
