The Tiggers Tree house has 1 King, 3 queens and 1 double. We have 4 groups of 2 adults and 1 single adult. So we need 5 beds for adults which this has.
Were you looking at the right property?
That's correct! There are 8 bedrooms total. Four of them are what we call "adult" rooms (sounds strange, I know) and 4 are "kid" rooms - Pooh, Cars, Princess, and Mickey. They also have a double in the Mickey, we just refer to it as one of the "kid" rooms, as we know some of ours are definitely going to want to sleep in there. That room would work out great for a family who had a child too old for a crib, but not old enough to sleep in the same rooms with the older children.
The kid rooms look to be "filled" with beds, but our group of kids (8 kids all under 12) would be happy if they were all in the same room! We'll be lucky if we get to use all the rooms during our stay. Some of them might stay empty! They just have so much fun together! There looks to be plenty of seating for meals, as the dining table seats 8, then there are 4 bar stools, and a table in kind of a "lounge" area that we are going to make the "kids" table when we stay there! Plus, they provide high chairs. As far as seating outside goes, most everyone is in the pool anyway! Looks like plenty of seating to me! Looking forward to it! Staying in two 5 bedroom houses would definitely be more space as far as square footage goes, however our group likes to be together after all the kids have gone to sleep, so unless the houses are right next door to one another, that wouldn't work. I have seen a couple of houses that were side by side, but I think they were larger than 5 bedrooms - more like 6 or 7 bedrooms in each house! Talk about space! Oh well, Tigger's doesn't seem as big as an 8 bedroom
should be, but still much bigger than a bunch of tiny hotel rooms!
Good luck!
