Grand Floridian Villa Refurb Status

Is there anyone out there who has recently stayed at GFV and could provide an update regarding the status of the refurb? Sounds like they started from the top floors but I'm curious which floors they are working on now. Any chance it'll all be done by mid-March? Thanks!

As of 2, maybe 3 weeks ago they had started on the last 2 floors so anyone stay there now should be in a refurbed room.
