Grand Floridian Turndown Service?

I can't seem to find this information on the resort's website. Do all rooms have robes and slippers, and receive turndown service or just the Club rooms?

Also, is there an adult/quiet pool at the resort?

I seem to recall robes at GF when we stayed there and we don't do club level.

We were just there in a lagoon view (non-CL) last month and we had robes and turndown service. I can't recall slippers. There is a beach pool and a courtyard pool, but no adult/quiet pool

Don't count on turn down. we stayed in RPC CL in Jan and only had turn down on the last of three nights. I was so disappointed! I made a point to be carefully out of the room each night with high hopes of turn down and chocolates. Nada!

We did have robes and slippers, though.

I stayed once at Sugar Loaf (no turndown), and once in a standard room and did receive turndown every night.

We usually leave the do not disturb sign out to avoid turn down. Don't need the intrusion.

We've stayed twice in standard rooms at the GF and always had turndown service every night with lots of chocolates. Robes, but no slippers. In my experience, the courtyard pool was pretty peaceful.

Its probably the least "quiet" quiet pool on property as the feature pool at GF is relatively small.

There aren't any slippers that I recall. You can purchase the robe if you want one. But they are not giveaways in the room.

None of what you call a quiet pool is quiet. It's just unthemed. That's all that means. Don't expect to go to the leisure pool (that's the real name for that pool) and expect kids to not play or yell or laugh. There are no library pools at WDW.

I hadn’t noticed them before but saw someone wearing them in the club at breakfast this morning. So I looked. They are in a shelf in the closet. 2 pairs.

Is this a thing? Being out of the room I mean. I always make a point to be dressed if I'm still in the room in late afternoon but this seems a bit extreme.
