Does anyone know if the orchestra plays every night? What time do they play? We are planning on visiting WDW in February and want to take friends there to listen to the music.

Don't know about February but currently they start around 4:00 and end around 9:30, playing every hour to hour and twenty minutes.

They were alternating with the piano player when I was there a couple of weeks ago.

Just as an FYI, last time I was there, the saxaphone player was the former drum major from the Main Street Band. Many musicians transfer from job to job.
