Grand Floridian on AP rates

I plan to go The Grand Floridian for my birthday this year. Are there any discounts currently for Florida Residents such as myself?

Right now the only AP rates I've seen are for certain dates thru the end of September. Dunno when you B-day is, so dont know if that would help or not..
