Has anyone done this recently? Where do you check in? How was it? Any recommendations? Thanks!

LOL! What exactly are they offering over at GF?

I messed up the name. I think it’s intimate dining experience. It’s a private butlered meal they offer. You have to call to reserve it. I have it reserved for the end of the month with my wife as a special kid free evening.

Well, that sounds lovely! Lucky lady. I’ve never done this but I’m sure it will be a memorable night! Have fun!

Did you end up doing this? Would love to know how it went and what it was like as I can't seem to find any more recent reviews/reports!

I have always wanted to do this. The name is fairly weird...lol! I looked into it once. I think there is a dinner or a dessert only option. It is pretty $$$$ but I am sure it would be worth it. You have to call the Grand Floridian to book it

Not recent but My wife and I did it in 2016 for our Anniversary. It was wonderful. I believe it was around $300 after tip and included app, entree, dessert, a bottle of wine, Butler service and an awesome view of the MK fireworks while we enjoyed our dessert. You can customize the menu how you want. Not an every trip thing by any means but We will probably do it again on our 25th anniversary in a few years. As mentioned you need to call the Grand Floridian to plan it and they will email/call you with multiple different options.

Eight nights last fall, and nothing memorable. I would save my money and head back to Port Orleans.

On the other hand, my wife wants to go back to the Grand Floridian, so maybe she fared better?

Have you done Victoria and Alberts? I was wondering how this compares to that dining experience

They are not asking about staying at the GF, but the intimate dining experience-- private dining for 2. Is that what you are answering about?

The K-Man and I had Private Butler Service through Victoria & Albert's years ago. We dined outside with a spectacular view of the fireworks. The area was totally roped off, so we were all by ourselves. The Butler delivered each course over about 2 hours... it was beautiful

In terms of checking in.... because our butler service was arranged through V&A.... we went there and were escorted to our dining area by Israel Perez, Maître d'hôtel....
