Grand Floridian Gingerbread house hours

Does anyone know the operating hours for the gingerbread house? I know we can see it anytime, but I want to buy shingles

I never really paid attention to the hours but think they are like most gift shops and open 10-8 or 10-10 at busier times of the year.

Don't forget that there are more than one Gingerbread house throughout the world that sell gingerbread pieces. GF, Contemporary, EPCOT American pavillion, and the Beach Club for sure and maybe the YC and Boardwalk.

I took a picture of the sign in 2006 that shows the hours being 10 am - 10 pm.

I remember that being the case a while ago, but I know it was closed two years ago when we went and we can't stay up till 10pm
