Grand Floridian Cafe, Wave or Skipper's Canteen?

I already have a ressie for The Grand Floridian Cafe but now I'm tempted by The Wave or Skipper's Canteen for dinner. I have not been to any of these restaurants and I have looked at the menus and they all look intriguing.

I have a couple of teens with me... they are willing to try new things but do not like spicy food.

What would be your recommendation and why?

My teen picked Skippers Canteen, she thought the jungle cruise theme with corny jokes would be fun. Also she is a vegan and there are 2 vegan entrees on the menu. I read that the food there is kind of bland so I'm hoping that they have some hot sauce that I can add to it. We stayed at CR and ate at the Wave one night, I know lots of people love it but I found it to be very blah and can't remember anything that we ate.

I am not a vegan and those offerings looked good to me! The Wave does get a lot of good reviews here which is what sparked my interest. Skipper's would be a little more convenient but it is nice to leave MK for a break.. decisions... decisions!

I would eat those vegetable options too, will be nice to have a lighter/healthier meal.
