Grand Floridian Cafe Question

Is the Grand Floridian Cafe romantic enough for an anniversary dinner? Or should I just try to call for the Cali. Grill? I think those are the two we are looking at right now.

Also, can you see fireworks from any of the windows? If so what time should I make an ADR for May 12th. (at the grand floridian)

I think its 8:30 for fireworks at Cali. Grill right?

You cannot see fireworks from the Grand Floridian Cafe, but you can see them from Narcoosees at the Grand Floridian. I would not consider the GFC very romantic. It is pretty though. I would go for the Cali Grill.

We really like Grand Floridian Cafe, but I would definately go to the California Grill for an anniversary dinner. The food and atmosphere can't be beat at the CG!!!

CA Grill or Narcoosies will allow you to see fireworks (although at Narcoosies people will go outside and block your window view so you need to get up anyway). Citricos at GF is also a great restaurant but you can't see fireworks.

My vote would be for CA Grill - can't go wrong. We celebrated our 4th anniversary there and it was great. Beautiful view even without the fireworks but such a special place to see them. It's one of those places that you can just feel the romance in the air. Makes me think of that old Disney commercial where the big sister talks about her new brother being their "little sovenier" from Disney...bet they ate at CA Grill.
