Hi, is the construction of the DVC building marring the views or adding too much noise to stays there? I'm getting the urge for RPC the last week in April.

It would depend on your room's location/view. We just got back from a stay in the Sugar Loaf building, and of course couldn't see any construction from our room. We could see it from the boat & the monorail & I remember seeing it from the main gift shop on the 2nd floor. (We never heard any noise from it, BTW, although we were there on a weekend -- maybe they don't work on it over the weekends?) There's been a lot of discussion about this on the GF thread & some photos have been posted -- you may want to check there (probably the last 20 pages or so you'll find the info).

We didn't stay RPC, but I would think the rooms above the Gasparilla Grill area would be the least affected.
