Grand Cayman Snorkeling for Beginners

Can anyone recommend a snorkeling excursion in GC for beginners, including a weaker swimmer?

We did the Reef and Wreck many years ago, my younger sons were only 10 & 12. My youngest had only snorkeled one time before. If I remember correctly, they offered noodles to help you float. That’s really all you need to make it feel comfortable.
