Grand cayman Island tour?

We did it in 2012 and thought it was very good. No regrets. Our tour took us to Hell, Dolphin Cove?(not sure of the correct name) and Seven Mile Beach. The stops were about 10-15 minutes each. Driver was very informative along the way, giving information about the island. We did it on our own, not thru Disney excursion. Just look/listen for the lady calling "$15 Island tour" when you get off the ship. We did the tour and still had plenty of time to walk the shops near dock.

I just did it in May and found it meh. Granted it was raining in the morning, but our driver was not very informative when driving around the island. He didn't talk very much about anything.
The Turtle Farm is partly what sold me on the tour and they literally just dropped us off and came back in an hour. The facility asked us to wait for our tour operator before they would let us in and finally realized our group was by ourselves.
Hell is just a tourist stop.
Stingray City is amazing but our boat charged for photos and wouldn't take them with your camera. They were all very nice and engaging but we had to sneak our own pictures in. My parents only did Stingray City on another tour and the operators didn't have a camera, so they offered to take pictures with everyone else's.

We did not stop at Seven Mile Beach.

If I was going to do it all over again I would do Stingray City by itself. The Turtle Farm is very interesting, but I felt like I've done it once and am good for now.
