Grand Cayman Excursion Question

Has anyone done the "Stingray City Reef Sail and Snorkel"? It says it is 3 1/2 - 4 hours and that seems long for a 45 minute snorkel stop. Can anyone give me any more info on this? Did you enjoy it? Thx!

We did Stingray city as part of the island tour so I can tell you that the boat ride to Stingray city is about 1/2 hour each way plus the bus ride to/from the port so that is probably close to being about right!

Wow..we did a 1/2 day snorkel and Stingray City excursion privately that included 3 snorkel stops + Stingray City in about 4 hours.

We were on the Fantasy the end of July and used Moby Dick tours to go to stingray city. We used them last year too when we went to Grand Cayman on Royal Caribbean. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their prices are cheaper than Port Adventures, i believe, and the staff is great. They are right on the dock when you get off the tender as are many other tour operators and they take wonderful care of you until you arrive back at the dock at the end of your excursion. There is snorkeling for about 30-45mins then onto Stingray City for about another 45mins in the water with the stingrays, which you get to feed. All very cool. We are booking with them again next yr when we go on the Fantasy again (yay!). They have a great website, you should check it out. It may be exactly what you are looking for.
