Grand Cayman Dolphin Excursion

We are scheduled to do the Disney Dolphin excursion. We would also like to do the Turtle farm which is right next door. Disney does not have this as an available excursion. Could we use the Disney excursion bus to do the Dolphins, then spend an hour or so at the Turtles, then return to the Dolphin area to get a later Disney Dolphin excursion bus back to the port?

are there more than one dolphin excursion? Because otherwise your bus will be the only one going back. Because you are assigned to A specific bus the bus leader expects the same number of people to get back on as got off. Also, the excursion busses are often full and even if there is another bus load coMing later, it may not be able to just take on extra people at the last minute. If you want to do the turtle thing simply tell the bus leader you are getting back on your own and take an Uber or taxI back. Just remember to watch the time So you don’t miss the ship.

Does DCL not have an excursion that combines the dolphin swim and the turtle center (they don't call it a farm any longer)? I know Celebrity has several variations for dolphins and/or turtle center.

No, they stopped offering turtle excursions around 2018 or 2019.

Very interested in this thought. As of now, my plan is to do the Dolphin swim, then come back to port and just taxi back out to the Turtle Center. seems ridiculous since it across the street. But I am not sure of the requirement of the Excursion, and what it might trigger if I don't return on the bus I went on. Otherwise, I might just skip the bus back to the port, go across to the turtle center, then taxi back to port after. Did you have your trip yet? how did this play out for you?
