Hello, Dis'rs! We have booked a club level - premium view room with 2 queens and a daybed a The Grand. We are WDW vets, but DLR newbies! I was wondering if anyone had perhaps a map of the resort with my category highlighted? and maybe the location of the concierge lounge? I'm not super picky, but if all the rooms aren't on the same level as the concierge lounge then i'd be inclined to call and request that our room could be on the same floor as the lounge. I'm a bit of a planner, and any info would help me out! Thanks!

GCH club level does not have a dedicated floor (or building) like the Grand Floridian. Club level guests will usually be assigned to rooms on the 6th or 5th floors close to the lounge, but club lounge access can be added to any room (not VGC). There are stairs just outside the Veranda (club lounge) connecting the 6th and 5th floor, so the 5th floor is still convenient.

Premium View rooms will either have a park or pool view. The hotel map can be somewhat confusing, since there are any areas without a 6th floor (or 5th or 2nd).
This map show the best premium view rooms on the 6th floor (blue is pool, green is park).
Map is unofficial, based only on my experience.

A few other bits of advice:
Have bell services take your bags directly from your car (or taxi/uber), since there can be a line to store bags in the lobby.
Go directly up to the 6th floor, and check in with Club Level Guest Services.
Rooms might not be available until 3PM, but Veranda access is immediately granted once checked in.
