Grand California Villas SWGE reservation email

I am seeing numerous reports and screenshots from people being notified of their reservation date and time to preview SWGE. Has anyone who booked a room on points during the preview period received an email today? I am currently on hold with both DVC and DLR trying to to get some information.

I am looking for my email with a date and am tempted to call. My DVC account is linked to my wife's email and she can't check throughout the day because she is a teacher. After seeing all of the issues with the wrong dates, I am thinking I should hold on but I am soooo excited to get details. It looks like hotel reservations are letting people in starting at 8 AM and we have a reservation for May 31st. I will let you know if we get a message today.

I was just told by member services that the guaranteed reservation emails are being sent out in batches and that I should not be concerned as I will receive it today.

My DH also called and was also told they are going out in batches. We arrive on 6/17 so we would be towards the end. Still hoping we see it soon!

Still waiting here too, but know it could take awhile and hopefully the glitches will be fixed.

DGD does not have a park hopper, so I need to know if I need to change dining, etc

Since we still hadn't received our email, I ended up calling the SWGE phone number. Was able to confirm our time for June 3 between 8:00 and 12:00. When I asked if we'd still be receiving an email, she said that DVC reservations won't be receiving emails. Any additional information would come at check in.

Nothing here and I won’t be able to call until tomorrow. We have 2 rooms reserved. Taking 20 people. I’m hoping our SWGE reservations are together. I do have a traveling together notation on the reservations.

I called the number above and only waited about 20mins, have my reservation date and time slot! So exciting!
