My family and I stayed at the Grand California May 18-20. I don't now if it was the 96 degree weather and all that walking around but I have never had such a peaceful sound sleep. I am not kidding, I think I drooled on myself sleeping in those beds. I am thinking of purchasing the bed for myself. Does anyone know the manufacture of the bed and mattress? Oh, I can't forget about those pillows either, who makes the pillows?

I have no clue who makes them, but you are right they were amazing... I would like to know too

I forgot to add, I have a very amusing story about those beds. I am 5'0 and those beds are really high. I had a real hard time climbing into bed. I had to jump on my belly and then swing my feet around. It was not a pretty sight!!

We stayed there last night and I have to agree, they were very comfy!:cloud9: It's funny, I had just mentioned to my DH a couple of hours ago that I was surprised those beds were so comfortable.

You could probably contact the hotel to get the info. And if you find out, be sure to let us know! ::yes::

i know one night, it was kinda late, and I had walked in taken off my shoes and climbed on the bed. My plan was to watch the late news then get ready for bed. What actually happened, I saw maybe 5 minutes of the news and then the next thing i knew it was 2:30. That bed "made" me fall asleep.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I mean it was like cloud nine :cloud9:

Oh I KNOW!! I hate hotel beds. I have never stayed in one I liked. Then we stayed at the GCH. :cloud9: I keep trying to convince that family that we HAVE to stay there on every trip! Not working so far. :rotfl2:

The most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel have been at DL, the GCH and the HoJo are sooooooooooo comfy!!!!!!! And no, it's not because you've been walking all over, they are just really nice beds! LOL

Those are some seriously comfy beds. We would just lie there and be in no hurry to get up.

Did anyone find out any info. on the beds? What brand? Also, the pillows are to die for!

Yep the onsite beds are just so comfy. We had the same experience Friday night at the DLH, and in Oct at the GCH. Best sleep ever!!

But I know what you mean on climbing up on to them, I'm 5'3" and have a little trouble myself. LOL
