Grand Cal.

I was just able to get two nights for this September in a studio @ Grand Cal !! We are super excited this will be our 1st time going to DL. Thinking of doing a split stay and adding on two nights at the Disney Land hotel. Any tips or insight would be awesome.

I love DL - it’s so different from WDW, being smaller, and the rides that are different are really cool. The immersion at Cars Land is extraordinary, and I love the Guardians ride there. Be sure to buy hopper tickets because walking from the DL gates to the California Adventure gates is like walking from one end of the Epcot center causeway to the other, and you might go back and forth more than once each day. Anyway, I learned a lot from the Disneyland forum here on DISboards. Have fun!
