Grand Beach Resort

has anyone ever stayed here? My parents just traded their timeshare week for this resort for Oct. 2009, so we can all go to WDW.

We own there. We like it. There are 2 master bedrooms and 1 bedroon with twin beds, We have never used the pull out couch so I cannot comment on that.
The floors on the baloncy are slate so wear shoes or your feet/socks will be black...

It is close to downtown disney and the lake buena vista outlet mall
