Can you reserve the Grand 1 Yacht for just 2 people? I know you can reserve for up to twelve, but I'm interested in a smallier, cozier crowd....

Never been there but from what I saw on the Travel Channel this evening, 2 people were doing a dinner type cruise. Like I said, I don't know any details but they were definately on by themselves.

yes, you can book the grand 1 yacht from the grand floridian for any size group up to 12. the $350/hour rental fee still applies though for two or 12. you could also try to book a pontoon boat for $180 from the seven seas lagoon area (mk resorts) or crescent lake area (epcot resorts) for groups up to 7.

Yep, as already mentioned, it don't matter how many people, the boat is rented by the hour. Deb has some good info here:
