Grand 1 Yacht / "Wishes" private dinner cruise Question

I have a question, I would love to schedule the "private dining" on the Grand 1 Yacht for the "Wishes", how long should you schedule it? It says a minimum of 1 hr., but how long does a "private dinner" last, and who would you order the dinner from? I'm so confused.........

We aren't going until Nov. 26th but can somebody help me?

I would suggest giving 1-407-WDW-PLAY a call. This is what I called to book the Illuminations Cruise we took this past November and we arranged for private dining to have the Cinderella Slippers and wine on board for us.

I believe the food is handled by the GF private dining department. You might want to PM another DIS'er. Her name is Ducklite and she's done the private dining aboard the Grand I. I'm sure she'll be able to let you know how much time to plan and any other suggestions for booking. I imagine that you probably want to time it with the Wishes fireworks schedule also.
