Can anyone tell me what the Gran Fiesta tour is? Is this the boat ride in Mexico? Is there a drop in this ride?

Yes, it is the boat ride in Mexico. It stars the Three Caballeros. It's super cute and very kid friendly. No, there is no drop!

Its in the big pyramid in Mexico. My kids love it too, they love the fiberoptic fireworks at the end.

I Love the fiberoptic fireworks at the end!! So funny because this little ride is just kind of "there" but I still love those fireworks!!!

The only drop in this ride is my enjoyment, since they "updated" it with the Three Caballeros... :sad1:

We like this ride too - it's nice since there are so few in the World Showcase. Looking forward to this one and finishing up the KimPossible missions next month before they switch to Agent P.

My DS (5) loves this ride. He HATES loud fireworks, so we rode this three times while DH and DS (8) watched Illuminations. It's kind of like It's a Small World - nice and calm, no scary characters, no drops. It's dark at the beginning as you go past the restaurant and beside a pyramid.

How long is the boat ride? Is there typically a long wait in line for this ride? We're going in June when it's busy. We haven't done this ride before but it sounds like my girls would love it.

Disneybliss we always go in June and there's hardly ever a wait unlike Maelstrom which often will have a fairly long line. The ride is only a few minutes long but it's very colorful and musical and features the three amigos. Fun for little ones. We love Mexico and Gran Fiesta Ride!! :)

The ride is maybe 5 minutes long. It seems as though the waits for it are non-existent because the general public doesn't seem to know there are a few rides in the World Showcase (that's just my guess though). It might be busier in June, but we usually go during the off-season, so I may not be a very good judge for June.

Have fun!!!

We always go in August. The first week of our trip the parks are generally pretty busy. I don't think I ever remember waiting more than perhaps 2 or 3 minutes for the Gran Fiesta Tour.

It is a nice, cool, quiet little boat ride, a lot like Small World. The kids love it, I love it. It is one of those "hidden gems" of the World Showcase. I think a LOT of people just don't realize it is there.

Yea, I'm glad to hear the lines aren't long. It sounds like my girls will love this ride. Definitely adding it to our list. I'm so excited!
