Gran Destino Tower Water view vrs Standard view

Is it worth the money to go for a water view. In my opinion the standard view is actually better because you can view fireworks and see Epcot and Hollywood studios from the higher levels. What do people think?

Have you stayed at CSR before? It depends what you like or are used to. I like opening the door to the outside. Many like interior hallways. For me, if we are not staying club level, I prefer the cabana section. The tower is a deluxe feel for a mod price.

Just keep in mind they're windows, not balconies but yes, you can see DHS/Epcot, the other resorts and fireworks if you're on a higher floor. I do think the rooms that are closer to the convention center should also be able to see but I've not stayed in that part.

I have stayed in both the Standard and Water View rooms in the Tower. I can honestly say I like them equally. I think that's what I like about staying in the Tower. There are no bad rooms.

I would not pay more for just a water view, we would much rather see a park out our windows.

thanks for all your replies!! I have stayed club level and we had standard view and I was shocked how good it was but I thought maybe I got lucky but by the sound of things the views are all quite good high up.
