Graceland tickets? Discounts anywhere?

DD 20 goes to college in Arkansas. Every time we go through Memphis, DD 14 begs to stop and go to Graceland. It's never really convenient, but I'm trying to work it in next week. Should I buy tickets in advance? Will it save any money? Are there discounted tickets to be had anywhere? Thanks in advance for any info.

There's a AAA discount. I think when you buy in advance you have the option to make an appointment. If you're trying to fit it in when passing through, you might want to see if that's an option.

I love Graceland! When we bought our tickets in advance, we had to put down a time, but I believe we could tour at any point at or after that time (well, until closing, of course!). We've gone through Expedia as well as through the Graceland website with the AAA discount - I would check and compare prices.

I did check groupon, but I didn't see anything on it (if I was looking in the right section).

We live in Memphis Andy I've never seen any discounts, locally or on Groupon. We went for a boy/Girl Scout event and purchased "discount" tickets that were only like a $2 price difference. You might want to check the Welcome Center on Riverside Dr. near the bass rob Pyramid (or any highway retstop in the area) to see if the brochures have tickets. I'd suggest buying online in advance as that might be a slightly better price. You could also see if they offer a student discount.
