Quiet afternoon.

Back from the birthday party. I went to a friend house while DS was at the party.


Now a couple projects. The snow melted so I can move a ladder around the house to pull down the christmas lights. Also have a dresser drawer of DS's to fix. So he is going through clothes to take any that are small out.

Well the guy turned in an application, if his credit check goes fine hopefully he will give us rent and sign the papers tomorrow! Then we are full until the contractors finish the unit next door!

Well he makes a lot of money and he already disclosed that he had a bankruptcy in 2008 (divorce), so hopefully it's just a formality.

Darcy saw a guy who had driven through a storefront, he pulled out into oncoming traffic, almost got hit, and left the scene!

Maybe not. There were some red flags on the credit report. We have to call the So Cal Apartment House Assn. tomorrow morning and ask about the line items. If they are true, we can't rent the apartment.

However, if they are true, we are better off holding out for a more suitable tenant.

Oh by the way, Queenie had a terrible flight to SF, crying baby no sleep, second half seat next to her was empty, lots of turbulence and a wind sheer for landing . Bad weather. But made it safe and sound. She was awake for about 35 hours.
