Good luck with the gas people Jo. Friday I have to sit @ DD's apartment & wait for the cable guy. Glad I've got the smart phone to keep me busy while I wait.

Dont get me started on the cable co. I have to get someone out here, and all I get is internet and land line service. But I got half my kitchen put together. I think I will bring the rest here tonight and then just eat out. I guess I will finish taking pictures while I wait for the gas man. I feel for you already and Happy Birthday!

I think that is a great idea. If you have points that will expire anyway, why not take a few small trips to Dl. That way you can use all of those points, spend some of the gift cards and escape a little.

Naw, we found one of those CC checks that we can advance to cover our bills. We have until January to pay it off, but I'm really hoping the money comes in by the end of this month and we can pay that off as well. This has 0%APR and only a 3% fee, which is better than the 20.9% that cards are talking about on balances. Back when I had credit card debt, the rates were under 10%. I can't believe what they are now!

Glad you worked it out. Yes, credit card rates have gotten crazy.

These TIC interests have us completely under their restraints. We have no choice and the one that we went to Vegas for is even worse, not only do we have no choice, but the other owners think they can fix it, we need a majority or 2/3 vote to do something. We won't ever agree, so we are all stuck with eventual just being screwed over.

How are you going to come to terms with the REIT for what your TIC property is valued at?

I have a feeling we will all remain disorganized, unable to agree and the property will be foreclosed upon and then we will suffer from a paper gain and have a huge tax liability.

I called this morning to make sure my appointment was today, they said yes. Noon came and went and I called and they said Oh no its tomorrow.

Just dropped DS off at school. It's a mizzly drizzly day in Melbourne. So, I stopped by a local cafe, picked up a latte to go and am now home. A little more photo, TR and Dis time seems in order today.
