Naw, we found one of those CC checks that we can advance to cover our bills. We have until January to pay it off, but I'm really hoping the money comes in by the end of this month and we can pay that off as well. This has 0%APR and only a 3% fee, which is better than the 20.9% that cards are talking about on balances. Back when I had credit card debt, the rates were under 10%. I can't believe what they are now!

I have no idea....it was supposed to close yesterday (or technically the day before), and now it has been extended. I hope it will close by the end of May! We need them to inject money into our bank accounts.

These TIC interests have us completely under their restraints. We have no choice and the one that we went to Vegas for is even worse, not only do we have no choice, but the other owners think they can fix it, we need a majority or 2/3 vote to do something. We won't ever agree, so we are all stuck with eventual just being screwed over.
