No, thus morning was the "guerilla" investor meeting where we ganged up and formed a strategy. Fran and I will be abstaining from the strategy. In 10 mins is.the "presentation" on how we s hpuld be happy to defer taxes and put our $.18 on the dollar of our investment where we will have no say on it, maybe a revenue stream, but our next of kin won't have inheritance taxes!
