Is there an app for a Gps that does not requite data…wondering what people would use on a phone app for getting around when you have no data and want to avoid roaming fees.

This^ it's inexpensive and we'll worth it we just finished a short roadtrip and used airalo for our navigation needs I.e. waze and google maps

Just use Google Maps and download the Orlando area before you leave home. It won't have any of the live traffic data, so won't be able to route you around congestion, but it will get you where you want to go. Just Google to get instructions or a YouTube video to show you how to do it.
