Gotta love bounceback! 10th ann. & family vaca PTR-9/201o-WE'RE BACK!

Yeah September can be quite warm, but not more so than July/August, I have heard that it gets sooo hot, that people melt

What is Feb weather like? Also, I think Feb was pretty quiet this year crowd wise.

We went once in August and it was brutal. I could not stand the humidity. OMG, never again!

Feb is nice. It's interesting to say the least. You start the day in layers. Shorts, tshirt and a sweatshirt over that. Then, by around 3, the sweatshirt comes off. There is a nice breeze and the weather is basically.....perfect. Then, at night, you need jeans, a sweatshirt, a coat and sometimes gloves too. :lmao: One year it got down into the 30's (f) at night. Sheesh, it was cold. We LOVED IT! Joe and I consider Feb to be perfect Disney weather.

As long as you don't go President's day (or that week) the crowds are pretty moderate. We don't remember having to wait long either time we went in Feb to ride anything or get into any restaurants. We made our ADR's pretty easily as well.

Sounds like a good time to go then and perfect weather for you guys :thumbsup2

Great updates, Sophia. I love the Halloween Party pictures...we are debating whether or not totally redo our "planning" and add the party this year as we've never done it. Your pictures make it hard to "not" try it.

Feb is a great time to visit. I just have a hard time not going in September, with it being our anniversary and all. Plus, I would so hate to miss MNSSHP.

Kathy,

MNSSHP is awesome. I think you'd find it worth it to redo your planning. It is our favorite party. We were not thrilled with the Pirate and Princess Party. We had high expectations I think, based on how much we love MNSSHP. Hallowishes is just awesome. I think you should give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. ;)

Really enjoyed looking at your itinerary through pictures!!! What a great idea!!

I love MNSSHP and Hallowishes! I think I'm going to go get started painting on my bathroom and listen to the music!!!!

You guys are going to have an awesome time!!

Hi there. I'm here, but I have 37 pages to catch up on so I better get busy!

I felt like I needed to add something to my PTR. It's a snoozer.....:sad2: Glad that you are liking the pictures.

I listen to Disney music all the time. I have it on my iPod and when I'm at work, especially when I am having a craptastic day, I turn it on. ;)

I'm so excited for this trip. My sister, brother, mom and I have never been at Disney at the same time. It's a first.

We priced out renting a van before we bought ours :scared2: I could not believe how much they want for a week. I think we will be using our van during the week too. Especially for the night we are heading off to MNSSHP and the GF Tea. Traveling from resort to resort seems like such a hassle that having your own transportation seems heavenly. :cloud9

Oh you got MM for F! package--that is what we wanted but no luck. :sad1:

I would love to see the parades but I think we will be out of the park during those times with DD needing a nap if possible.

I have it written down to try to get to TL's Noodle Station to the view the fireworks! Looks like such a great spot.

My in-laws have decided to skip MNSSHP too. They think it will too much for them to go. It probably is a wise decision, I would hate for them to go and end up having a horrible time. We will have to decide at what point during MNSSHP we want to try to meet up (if that is still on). I know we will try to see the princesses and princes, Snow White and the Dwarfs, Cinderella's carriage (see a reoccurring theme...:rolleyes1).

Your itinerary looks great! I need to get cracking on those (well, I know which day we will be where but having a semblance of what we want to accomplish each day)

Can you believe the price of van rentals? :scared1: I can't get over it. Over $1,000 for the length of our trip! Sheesh.......

I'm looking forward to our meeting. I have not seen Snow White and the Dwarfs either. I need to put that on my list! The carriage is so beautiful when it is all lit up. I really wanted a picture in front of it last year but the line was pretty long. I think our best bet would be to meet up around that area, don't you think?

I love the parades and in the past, it's been "big people nap time" too so we've missed a lot of them. :rolleyes1 I really look forward to them and I act like a spoiled brat when I can't stay for them. Ever see a 48 year old have a temper tantrum!:laughing::laughing:

Ahem.............I interrupt my PTR to introduce you to someone.

Ready?

Meet............................................................

STEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:

Here are his litter mates. They are only 3 weeks old so I can't get him yet. I am a sucker for a kitty that needs a home! With the addition of Steve, I am up to 4.

We are cherishing every day with Gus. We don't know how long he will be with us but we are enjoying each and every day we have with him.

Tessie Jean is going to be 13 and is not in the best of health. Lucy is 10 now and we thought maybe Steve would perk things up around here.

So, whadda think?

HEY! Sorry it's been a while...your STEVE is soooooo cute!!! LOL!! I'm loving all your pics from MK...really great pics by the way!!

I am subbing. Still have a lot of catching up to do, but I do have a question.

I read the post where you did the behind the seeds tour. My mother is an avid gardner, but she will be in a scooter and if she has to walk, it is painfully slow and with a cane. Would she be able to do the tour on her scooter?

I am not a big cat lover, but Steve is adorable. And I admire anyone who adopts an animal...be it dog or cat. :)

Hi! Welcome!!! I think she will be able to do the tour on a scooter. I don't recall having to use steps, etc. and there seemed to be plenty of room to move around as well. Sometime the tours are cramped but this one wasn't. It really was a nice tour. I'd do it again. :)

Great picture itinerary!!! I love your MNSSHP pictures. We cannot wait to go to that party!!! I know it's gonna be great!!!

And Steve, Oh my, he is precious. All of those kittens look identical. How cute!!! He looks like he's going to be very cuddly. And what a cute name. Steve :goodvibes

Hi,
Finally caught up. The plans sound great. You change as much as I do. :lmao:

The kitties are adorable.

Looking forward to hearing more of the plans.
