GOTG intensity

I think it really depends on the row. Row 10 is way more intense than the middle or front rows. The force of the Gs was a bit much for me in row 10, but I also rode center and then the very front on other occasions and found those to be a lot of fun. I also found the last rotating/curved section (don't want to put in spoilers) made me a little queasy in row 10, but not at all in the other center and front rows.

Interesting, I just rode it for the first time today and thought it felt way more intense than Space or Everest, but I was in row 9 which is basically the last car...maybe if I rode in the front car it would be better

I have ridden GOTG 3 times, twice in row 5 and once in row 6. These rows are perfect for people who love coasters but also love to experience the story in its fullest effect! I get very motion sick, not on roller coasters, but on rides that spin (mission space, tea cups), so I was worried going in. However, even without any Dramamine or other motion sickness aids, I was totally fine and experienced no motion sickness! I do think being in the middle helped with this, as we were never too close to screens or getting whipped around in the back. My mom, also prone to motion sickness, said that she had wobbly knees after riding but that it was nothing severe and she rode it twice more with no hesitation!

I was expecting to be ok, but really did not enjoy this attraction. I wasn't nauseous, I was very dizzy and disoriented. I wound up closing my eyes to get through it.

Based on my experience, I'd say it's very intense.

That’s what I thought too, but another poster said it depends on the song? I’m not sure. We rode in row 2 of the right loading dock and it was a totally different experience, including where our car ended up. We don’t remember which songs we had. So I can’t confirm if it’s the row or the songs.

We had a first car experience that was much more intense than a previous one in the same car.

If your family like mine who rides a lot of coasters at many different parks then Guardians is not intense. If you want intense ride I305 at Kings Dominion. A 300 ft drop where people tend to gray out at the bottom.
