Got the lime green mickey heads-now what do I do with them?

We were at Home Depot the other day and I spotted the lime green mickey heads that I have seen other people on here talking about. I picked up a few of them. What do you guys do with yours? I've started getting things together for the trip, but not sure what to do with them.

You don't have to do anything with them. But, it seems like most people write their screen name (for these forums) on it, and find a way to attach it to their bag or body.

I strung mine on some cute ribbon and attached to my stroller and backpack...although I never did see any others and no one noticed mine.

My daughter and I made them into luggage tags. We made other colors too...had a blast doing it. I think we'll go back to Home Depot and get some more!

I peeled the mickey head off the background, glued 2 together (back to back), laminated them, punched a hole and hung it off my bag. I also made another one on the computer where I added my screen name in the disney font.

I made my own and added our last name, hotel, and cell phone numbers to them, then had them laminated after gluing two together back-to-back. We attach them to our backpacks and stroller.

Because of the LGMHs, I spoke with one DISer at Animal Kingdom once and a few days ago someone locally saw it (we just always keep them on the bags and stroller until we update them for the next trip) and asked if I was on the disboards!

I have the word document I can e-mail if you'd like. Then just change the info, print on card stock, and go!

A lime green Mickey head is the alien green paint chip from Home Depot. They are in the shape of a Mickey head and Disboard members use them as a way to recognize each other in the parks.

What to do with them? Well.... one needs to be careful when answering that question, because in at least 4 different states, what can be done in Ca is illegal. So never ever show them in these certain ways in those 4 states... only in Southern Ca.

I scanned in the lime Mickey; blew it up and put my screen name across the front. Printed and ironed onto cloth; decorated the whole thing and hung it off my bag.

I think maybe one person noticed.

And I will decorate my window at POP with them; maybe someday I'll be noticed.

I peel them off the backs and glue two together so it's double sided, write my screen name on them, and then use self laminating sheets to make them a little sturdier. Add in a small hole and some string and plastic pony beads and voila.

So I just go to home depot and get one of these Mickey paint chip heads? And so how do I get them to be a bag tag? Does everyone that has one of these write there screen name and “dis” on them?

what do you mean you peeled off the back? are these paint chips like stickers?

hi funball! they are not stickers, but you can CAREFULLY peel the LGMH away from the backing. (pick up a few incase you get creases in the 1st one while peeling). write your screen name or DIS on them, laminate if you want, use hole puncher in one of mickeys ears, and attach with string/yarn to whatever you want!
i like to glue 2 of them back to back and write on both sides...

yes, just walk right up to the disney paint sample board.....but be very very careful to not get caught! look to your left, and then to your right....make sure noone is watching you! take a bunch.....and run like the wind!
