Got the dreaded "sorry for the paws" message this morning

I am fuming right now. I have been up since 3:00 this morning excited to make my dining ressies. Got on at 6:00 got one dining reservations for Ohana and then was unable to make any more. After doing some playing around it appears that its only taking the first day of my reservation. I don't get it.

Anyway I did just get off the phone by 7:20 and did get everything I wanted but wish I knew this was going to happen

The same thing happened to me. My ADR day was in Dec and I could only make the first day online, after that I had to call. Glad you got everything you wanted!!
 
I get it every time I go on. I just wait about a hour and try again, I've yet to be able to get on the AP site after 2 years of trying.

Livetodive, This is the first time this happened to me so was prepared to call. I tried an hour later to adjust something and same thing, hopefully it will all,open up soon so I can adjust if needed but for now happy I got everything and good times.
 

I'm glad to see it's not just me. I'm so frustrated right now. I got up really early to get my reservations, and now I have to wait until tonight to call if it doesn't start working soon. I'm super bummed about this. I've waited months for this moment. This morning, the times I wanted were available, and each time I look online the times seem to disappear. I'm hoping that I'll have luck later.
 
I know what you mean. I was up at 2:30 and couldn't go back to bed, excited to get the reservations. It appears that it works on the first one but not on the rest. I even played around later on to see what would happen if I tried to book another dinner for the first night and didn't get the paws message on the first day but for the rest I did. Everything is linked and the week I'm there is highlighted on the calendar. I'm going to try again today and see what happens
 
I'm having the same issue, can only book 180 days out, not 180+10, online. I've called tech support three times and got the impression there is really nothing they can do to fix it. Now I don't feel bad calling every time I want to make a change!! It is annoying. Part of the fun is fooling around with it.

I got 'sorry for the paws' notice this morning too! So frustrating. I did call at 7:00am and get everything I wanted, but we have a split stay, so I have to get up and do this again in 4 days, so I hope it works better for me next time! ITA with you- booking reservations myself online is part of the fun.

Same with me! I can't believe I have to do it again on the 24th! I really get the feeling they really can't fix it! They're just not telling us!:confused3
 
Ugh! Got the "sorry for the paws" message this morning! So frustrating! Seriously Disney, get your act together! You've got thousands of people who get up early to make there reservations only to get this message causing a lot of frustration!
 
Ugh, yawning right now, waiting for it to turn 7:00 so I can call to make my ADRs. Ugh, so annoying.
 
Frustrating because 6am is a great time for me before anyone else is up. By 7, I have the kids up and this trip is a surprise so I can't have them hear me! Crossing fingers that everything is relatively ok by the time I can call when the kids are out the door.

It would only let me book for the first day of my trip, but not anything after that :-/ so i had to call... the man was very nice and i got everything i wanted with good times... but STILL!!! i don't like talking on the phone at 7AM! LOL
and now i'm nervous about if i need to change things down the line, if i'll be able to!
Did any of you all book through a travel agent? this is my first time booking the "Magical labor day deal" through the "magical" agency that people talk about on here... so i'm wondering if that has something to do with it?? i never had this problem when i booked through my previous TA...
oh well!! at least i got pretty much everything i wanted :-) i'm gonna call the internet help thing later i think and see if they can help me figure it out...

I booked the same deal. I make ADR's next Monday though, I REALLY hope that is not the reason for that problem. I am only making 4 ADR's, but I still just wanted to get it all done online.

Me too (same TA, same problem trying to book 180+ ADRs). By the time I could call around 8am (the kids get up around 7am, then take them to school, etc...) I couldn't get the pre-park ADRs that were available when I was on at 6am (I wake up at 3am, so was a great time to do ADRs). Oh well.
 
I wouldn't blame any travel agency. I booked a bounceback through Disney and am having the same problem and I had it last year too. :( :(

The problems I'm still wondering because I've never had this problem before and this is the first time booking with an agent. Even when I went through David's DVC Rentals I never had this problem. I also emailed my TA since my adr day is Monday. I am worried, so I only asked if it had something to with MDE not recognizing our dates or reservations to open up the 180+10 when it is time to do adrs. She assured me it is not that, but just a MDE problem. I have never had a problem before using my safari on my Ipad or my desktop. I will be using my desktop computer so hopefully there are no issues.
 
Did any of you keep trying online after getting the message?
We just booked our August trip Sunday and then Sunday evening I went looking for Askerhaus breakfast for party of nine, found right date and perfect time but then got the "paws" message. I wasn't letting it go, lol, and tried 4 times back to back and on the fourth time it went right thru. Same thing today with a BOG lunch, took three times back to back but went thru on the last try.
