Got Tags!!!

Have a great trip! We'll be at SSR in Oct. We did the cruise and SSR and BWV in Nov. 2005. We are also leaving in 2 weeks for Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon!

We must have the same TA!!! Change of plan for us. We are going to LV on October instead and Grand Canyon next year.

I have 17 days to go and have had my trip paid for since June 23rd and I still haven't recieved my tags. Bummer! I booked on the phone 407-wdisney. It's a package with dining plan, but I'm not using ME, should I be getting the tags?

From what I understand, the tags come if you book a package (room plus tix). We got tags back in 2000 and 2001 when we booked packages. Never got one after that since we were booking room only...but we booked a package this year so we'll be waiting to see if we get the tags. We just paid in full last week and we hit the 45 day mark on Thursday.

As far as DME tags go...you will get those regardless if you book a package or a room only ressie...you get them if you book DME. They are different tags from the ones you receive as a souvenir.

Disney gives you a pair of souvenir luggage tag when you booked through them and have reached the 45 day mark and trip paid off. A hologram pic of Cindy Castle.

We got Tinkerbell tags (that are still on our luggage today!) about a month before we left for our trip.

Yeah and if my cruise docs will just come already!!! This waiting is killing meeeee!!!! I just can't wait. I really, really, really, really need a vacation.

Your sig says you last went to Disney in 2004...and that's when you got your Tink tags. The castle ones came out in 2005 I believe.

<sigh> we are at 29 days until we leave (staying offsite 8/24-8/27 and checking into Disney 8/27) and 32 days until our disney vacation and nothing yet...
I hope they come soon!

I hope my TA isn't holding out on me. She booked our 2002 package trip and we never got tags. She booked our upcoming trip as well so I'll have to ask her if we dont' get them. Would they be sent to my house or to her?
