Got Springsteen tickets today....

I'm so excited and cannot wait!

I'm a grown woman with two kids and i get just as excited as a teenage girl going to see one of those boy bands...

I can totally relate. Springsteen has always DONE it for me.

DH and I saw Bruce at the N.O. Jazz Festival Sunday.

Can you say hot?

Very good band. They played only about 4 of his previous songs, not even the more well known. Mostly it was from the new Pete Seeger folk song CD.

Very good backup band.

My husband is trying tomorrow morning. Congratulations to you and enjoy the show!! We are hoping for June 20th in Camden, NJ and it will be our son's first (of many if my DH has anything to say about it ) Springsteen show!

I wish I could say that LOL...................

I had my 1st and ONLY adult tantrum when my DH would not hurry up and get to ticket master with me(years and years ago) and the concert sold out 10 people in front of me.

I really want to kill him and still remind him of that day everytime we hear the Boss on the radio LOL

I consider one of my great accomplishments to be the one to take my then 15 year old (now 21 years old) son to his first Springsteen concert.Back then, he was not impressed, now he is older and has better taste and is looking to go again!

My daughter is almost 11 and i still can't get her to go with me to see him...She is more of a country music girl...
My son on the other had, he is almost 7, says he would go with me but "just not yet" Whatever that means...

We got them this morning. After a couple of tries, center stage toward the back. My DH said if your daughter is a "country music girl" this would be a show your daughter would like. He saw this same show a few weeks ago in Asbury Park, NJ. He still promises my son that he will take him to a E Street Band show, but they are both excited for this one. I just could not believe how much the tickets were. Holy cow. Of course after we got our seats they opened up the lawn seats, for $40.00. That said, if it was a rainy night there is no way I would be sitting out in the wet grass with an umbrella LOL.
