I have received a Sparrow offer for the following items from my list:

Green reverse flip hat

Star of Mickey Pin

gold treasure chair (from pirate pin set)

I think this is a little too much with the star of mickey, both full pin sets, the "rurple" hat and the mansion clock in there.
