Got SDMT Fastpass!!!!

I got one for the last day of our trip (7/7). It was the only day that didn't get an Olaf screen on me. Normally I'm an Olaf fan but right now the little bugger is really annoying me. LOL
 
As of right now, no error message, but MDE has NONE of my reservations, no resort, no fastpasses, no ADR's, nothing! It's wanting me to start all over! It's really freaking me out! What is everyone else's saying? I am on a computer with it.
 
My fastpass+ selection is locked and then when I try to unlock it - it wants me to start over. One time it found DH and my tickets and said we needed to add 4 of our kids' tickets. That's nice. We have 7 kids. I have gotten through twice on the phone with long holds to be told both times they couldn't help.

The 2nd CM I talked to suggested not to get a BOG lunch fastpass since I would get one at check in (AKL). Currently only first day is showing up as available. Not going to count on this.

None of my plans are showing up on the computer or app. Including my FP for Anna & Elsa this weekend. :mad:
 

I'm just got through, but it only had my wife and kids, I was excluded. But, I booked it anyway for them.
 
I have A&E and 7DMT, :badpc::badpc::badpc: I feel like Ashton Kutcher is going to drop out of my computer and scream "YOU GOT PUNKED!"
 
I was finally able to get back on to the site and everything that I had booked previously and today is still there and correct for all of us. It is still excluding DH on the app though. I will give it a day or two to fix, then I will call to see what is up if it doesn't. The app is the most important since I can't carry my laptop in the parks. LOL
 
It allowed me to pick 7DMT for May 30th and confirmed it, but now under My Reservations it only shows the other two fastpasses, not the mine train one. So I don't know if I really have one or not.

Edit: it now seems to be showing up, so hopefully I have one, we'll see. I too used Chrome and didn't seem to get any error messages.
 
Family of 4 just over 30 d from arriving at AKV resort, have APs. I was on a laptop running Chrome - it seemed to get farther than Firefox and I did not try WindowsExplorer. I also had a survey pop up and I didn't have success until after I told them exactly what I thought of the current crashes. Should be just random coincidence. Anyhow had been trying since I saw announcement here and got out of the shower, so I was 45min late to the party and got many errors. The errors I got, all repeatedly, were: Server Busy (Donald), Cant Put Page Together (Olaf), no resort rezzies, no FP+ rezzies, only 2 or 3 of the 4 of us, only 1 of us and Grandma who is not on our rez this trip, request can't be completed at this time, I even got FP+ for 4 for SDMT and then got about 10 "can't complete" try again messages. Then when I returned to my reservations to try again or for a different day, poof pixiedust:, they were there. Somehow without my completing the transaction the system was able to "complete." Whew :crazy2: Guess I better print it out to prove it :idea:
Anyhow, my family of 4 - correct travelers even - have FP+ for SDMT! :cheer2:

Well I'm in there was able to select it for all 5 of us and we are stuck on the updating screen. It just won't confirm. :(
 
Those errors were ones I got too - didn't remember the exact wording of the errors. FWIW, when I did get through, there were many times from which to choose FP+s. It appears that while the servers are overloaded, that there are still plenty of FP+s. Hope my success after nearly 3 hours of trying will encourage others - may the FP+ system sprinkle you all with pixie dust also pixiedust:
 
After about 2 hours of clicking on the "try again" button, I finally was able to get it. I'd been trying to get to it by starting fresh and going through my reservations page several times and one time, after about 2 hours it finally worked, but it wasn't without bugs. It gave me a time. I changed it, then it appeared twice on my reservation. I was worried it'd cancel out other FP+s I had too but thankfully, eventually that resolved itself. Good luck to the rest of you trying for it. It's definitely a test of patience.
 
Very frustrating for sure....We are there until the 24-28th, but I had FP+ booked for AK for the 28th when hopefully the SDMT will be open...I am going to try and switch parks/FP+ from the day before so we can ride it, but I am scared to cancel the AK passes and switch now since the system is so crazy..

Yes i would be afraid to switch also . I have read someone lost all their fastpasses.
 
Got mine about 20 minutes ago. Don't stress- most times were still available. I am going May 29th-June 2nd, and I was able to get three different days.
I went to the main page where it shows your upcoming plans. Click on edit plans, then view details of a fastpass, modify fastpass, then you can change the ride. I wasn't having any luck by going through the fastpass+ section of the website.

Wow I guess I should be happy we were able to get a fastpass for SDMT on the 28th. I was thinking well shoot now the day we picked that was suppose to be a good day crowdwise is going to be crowded ! But I will just be glad that I got a fastpass. I was thinking about changing my day to go to the MK but our last day is the 29th and I would say it will be just as crowded.
 
I lost all of mine, then they came back, then I lost them again, I am sure they will be back.... I have photos if not. I have been to WDW this year in Jan, Feb, Mar. Apr. and will make make last trip for a long while in May to pick my DD up from her Cp. This FP+ would be wonderful if the website and app worked! It is very frustrating!
 
I was just able to get it for June 3rd, 8th, and 12th but what a pain in the butt.

Tried a few entry paths such as Fastpass+, My Itinerary, etc
 
It still says updating, but I looked on my phone app and it says we have 7dmt for 4 of us and 1 for SM still, but the one for SM says its my DD and it also says she has a FP for 7dmt giving her 4 FP's for the day and my DH only 2! So I can't change a 3rd one for him to 7dmt. How frustrating.
 
Got ours for May 29th! This is our last day at the parks so I am very excited!
